Pharmacogenomics

Pharmacogenomics of Daridorexant: do we need to screen for gene variants and adjust our prescribing to obtain better outcomes?

This project investigates whether screening for specific gene variants may influence clinical outcomes in patients prescribed daridorexant, and whether pharmacogenomic data should inform prescribing decisions in sleep pharmacy practice.
